Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park was set up in 1983 to protect marine life, especially corals and sea turtles existing in the area. Best Time of the Year in Andaman for Tourists

How to Reach Andaman?

Only two ways can be availed to reach Andaman. These are either by air or by ship. Usually, people prefer traveling by air to save time but going by ship is individually a fantastic experience. The flights can be taken directly to Port Blair from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and Bangalore. The ships sails from Kolkata, Chennai, and Vizag only. You will have to travel to either city first to get bored on the ship. The ship will directly take you to Port Blair which is the capital of Andaman.
